Clinical observation of unstable angina treated by low molecular heparin calcium and atorvastatin calcium

Objective To discuss the curative effect of unstable angina treated by low molecular heparin calcium and atorvatatin calcium.Method Total 126 cases with unstable angina were collected,and randomly divided into in the observation group(n=68) and the comparison group(n=58).Both groups were treated by aspirin,nitrate,β-receptor blocker and calciumion antagon.The observation group treated with low molecular heparin calcium and atorvatatin calcium on the basis of the above treatment.The treatment lasted for 14 days.Results The observation group had a effective rate of 94.1%,and the comparison group was 74.1%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).Conclusion The atorvatatin calcium combined with low molecular heparin calcium treatment is effective in the treatment of unstable angina.
