Researches on Cohesion of the Criminal Legal Aid System——From the Perspective of the Investigation Work

The new criminal procedure law has stipulated the legal aid in the investigation stage,which highlighted the legislative respect for human rights and the maintenance of the judicial justice. However,this change also puts forward new challenges and requirements for the public security in the investigation work. In order to guarantee to provide the effective legal aid for criminal suspects in the investigation stage and promote the smoothy cohesion bwteen the investigation of public security and the legal aid system,the public security should perfect the following: the duty of disclosure,the informing obligation,the standard about when to start it,the effective support for the lawyer,and the set of attorney of the day in the office.
