A Tentative Statement on How to Guarantee the Quality of Criminal Legal Aid

Abstract

The criminal legal aid should be given priority in legal aid.We must guarantee the quality of the criminal legal aid if we want to make it effective.At present,the reason why the quality of China's criminal legal aid is not so good lies in that China's criminal legal aid is short of quality standard.We must set up the quality guarantee system of the criminal legal aid,formulate a quality standard,carry out an access system,establish a supervisory mechanism,carry out a system of quality assessment and reward and punishment.
