Abstract
In order to meet the needs of real time information to supervise the vehicle position and states, a terminal device of vehicle terminal of Monitor system is designed with ARM11 Embedded micro- controller processor, GPS and GPRS module, which the vehicle is located by GPS and the information is transmitted by GPRS to Internetbased vehicle monitoring services. A system test has been done between the vehicle terminal and the monitoring center, and it is proved to have stable performance and good results for vehicle monitoring system.
