Research on the Long-term Mechanism of College Student Party Members' Education Management of the Grass-roots Level Party Organizations

The grass-roots party organization in colleges and universities is shouldering the cultivation and education student party members. In recent years, with the enlargement of college enrollment scale, the number of student party members has increased, which also brought many problems such as education team is weak, and management lags behind. In order to ensure the quality of student party members in colleges and universities, we should build a long-term mechanism for the management of student party members' education. The author proposed we should establish scientific and reasonable long-term mechanism of student party members' education management, which has very important significance for improving the quality of party members among college students, strengthening their self-cultivation, giving full play to exemplary vanguard role of party members.
