Innovative Studies on Follow-up Education and Administrative Mechanism of College Student Party Members in the New Era

The education and administration of college student party members is an important part in party construction of colleges and universities,and at the same time constitutes a significant component in the ideological and political education of college students. Therefore,more and more importance has been attached to it. However,under the complicated social circumstances,whether college student party members can play a vanguard and exemplary role is,to a large extent,dependent on the effective follow- up education on them. Starting with illustrating the meaning of strengthening the follow- up education and administration of college student party members in the new era,the paper analyzes its existing problems and the causes of them,and then explores how to construct a long- term mechanism of strengthening it,so that the quality of college student party members can be increasingly improved and their vanguard and exemplary role can be fully played,thus retaining the progressiveness of CPC members.
