Abstract
At present,the number of student party members in universities is large,with the proportion of student party members in some university or college over 20%. On the one hand,it reflects the achievement of university student party construction and ideological and political work,but on the other hand,it adds to the difficulty of the management of university student party members.Therefore,this paper,combined with relevant documents and the practice of the continuous education of university student party members in recent years,discusses the innovative research of the continuous education of university student party members. We should strengthen our ideal and belief,improve our theoretical quality,conduct EQ training and party spirit and establish party member image.
