Abstract
Based on his experience in the work of college student affairs, the author has created an innovative five -point mode. The present paper describes the main contents of the mode, outlines its main characteristics, analyzes the fundamental principles for its establishment and introduces his rational thinking over the innovation in student affairs work in colleges.
