Several Problems about College Students' Affairs on Theory and Practice

Students' affairs work in our country is an important part of university work which is based on the division of management functions within the University and the module corresponding to the teaching and research work.The current problems lie in students' affairs work include ambiguous definition,the backward theoretical research,thick political ideal and thin humanism and the unbalance of students growing and teaching affairs.Clarifying the concept of content,emphasizing on theoretical research,strengthening the building are the effective countermeasures to promote further development of student affairs work.
