Abstract
Based on the survey data of rural migrant workers from five cities in Pearl River Delta in 2010,the status and problem of vocational training for migrant workers were analyzed,and some countermeasures and suggestions on the effectiveness of vocational training for rural migrant workers were put forward according these problems.
