An Empirical Research on the Balanced Development of Foreign Language Education Between Urban and Rural Middle Schools:Based on the Foreign Language Education in Xinxiang Area of Henan Province

The prominent problems existing in the unbalanced development of foreign language education between urban and rural middle schools are irrational distribution of teaching staff,poor teaching equipment,less curricular resources and students′poor English level.In order to achieve the balanced development of foreign language education in urban and rural areas,it is necessary for the government to support by the policy and system assurance;it is necessary for the leaders in rural school to practice the policy;it is necessary for foreign language teachers to improve their professional quality.
