Medical Services Capacity Changes of Township Hospitals

Abstract
Through the comparation of 2000 and 2008 survey data to identify the changes of the medical services capacity of township hospitals, for research on the implementation of medical services functions of township hospitals. Study show that the trend of interaction between county and township levels medical institutions has been enhanced, medical service capacity of township hospitals have in development, but the ability to take basic medical services are still inadequate. Tips that further development for township hospital should be based on the function of basic positioning, to improve high-quality and low-price basic medical services. And recommended that county and township level medical institutions need to explore a win-win cooperation mechanism.
