Abstract
Objective:Macroporous absorbent resins were used to separation total flavones from herba epimedium Wushanese. Methods:Thirteen macroporous adsorbent resins were tested and HPD-100 was selected as the best resin in the static adsorption experiments of total flavones. The influence of different adsorption and desorption conditions on the separation process were studied. The best condition for dynamic adsorption was that resin/herba ratio was 2:1,high/radius 10:1,the aquae solution concentration was 1 g/L,HCl-Mg power test and Monlish test as judgment standard as starting ending points.water and 20% alcohol as elute, elution volume/up-column solution volume ratio was 3;The desorption solvent was 50% alcohol and ratio 1.25.Results:The rate of total flavones' recoveries was 90%,and the purity was 60%.Condusion:HPD-100 could separate and purificate total flavones of epimedium wushanense.
