Abstract
Discussing from the basis of theory of mental injury compensation, this article analyzes the legislation of state compensation in our country. The author thinks that it's necessary to show it clearly in legislation and to further improve the system of mental injury compensation, so that citizen's personal rights and property rights could be fully remedied when trespassed by public right.
