On State Compensation for Mental Damage

Abstract

According to the country's compensation law in force,the victim of infringement act by the state can not get compensation in money.That is unfavorable for the protection of the victim's rights and interests.The article,on a basis of analyzing the necessity of perfecting compensation for mental damage,approaches the way of setting up a system of compensation for mental damage in the country's compensation law,beginning with legislative defects in state compensation for mental damage.
