Several Problems on State Compensation Law

Abstract

The issue of the state compensation law established the state compensation system in our country.It is of great importance to guarantee citizens' constitutional rights and supervise state organs and their staff to perform their official duties in accordance with the law.This article points out its problems and submits proposals for revising the the state compensation law through analysis of the process of the state compensation law established and its present.
