Abstract
Percolation method is used to extract paeoniflorin from Paeonia lactiflora Pall. Referring to the content of Paeoniflorin, orthogonal design was applied for optimum extraction process. The orthogonal experiment, the optimum extraction process conditions: soaking 24 hours in 15 volumes 70% ethanol percolation process can get a higher extraction rate of paeoniflorin.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
