Abstract
Objective:To optimize the optimum extraction process for paeoniflorin in Paeonia lactiflora Pall by using content of the paeoniflorin as the index. Methods:The extraction process was optimized by the orthogonal design. Results:The optimum extraction colophony, and the content of paeoniflorin can be up to 40%.Conclusion:The separated effect of paeoniflorin is very preferable by using this technology, furthermore, the manipulation is simple and quick.
