Abstract
Objective To study the optimum extraction of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.MethodsReferring to the content of Paeoniflorin, orthogonal design was applied.ResultsThe time of the extraction is the first factor, the content of ethanol and the amount of ethanol are the second, and the extraction times is the last.ConclusionThe optimum extraction is as follows:adding 8 times of 70% ethanol, extracting three times, boiling for 1.5 hours each time.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
