Abstract
Objective: To analyze the fetal chromosomal karyotypes in prenatal diagnosis and the relationship between abnormal karyotype and the indications of prenatal diagnosis.Methods: Fetal chromosomal karyotypes were examined in 1446 pregnant women with 16 to 28 weeks of pregnancy by amniocentesis.Results: In 1446 cases,the number of fetal chromosome abnormality was 47 in prenatal diagnosis,and the detection rate of chromosome abnormality was 3.25%.Conclusion: The indications of prenatal women amniotic fluid chromosome examination is necessary,to reduce the chromosomal abnormalities fetal birth has important significance
