Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian tumor. Methods 118 patients with ovarian tumor were selected, and divided randomly into the intervention group(59 cases) and the control group(59 cases), patients in the intervention group undergoing laparoscopic surgery, patients in the control group undergoing open operations, the operative time, the bleeding volume, the postoperative inpatient days, the postoperative fever, the use of analgesic and postoperative anus exhaust time were compared between the two groups. Results The bleeding volume, the postoperative inpatient days, the postoperative fever, the use of analgesic and postoperative anus exhaust time in intervention group were all significantly less than those of control group(P0.05). There was no significant difference in the operative time between two groups(P0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopy for patients with benign ovarian neoplasm is a safe and effective way, with minimal inva-sion and rapid recovery, and with good clinical value.
