Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic treatment of benign ovarian tumors, and adverse reactions were evaluated. Methods The First People's Hospital of Zhumadian City from December 2011 to October2013 were treated 90 cases of benign gynecological patients, depending on the surgical procedure is divided into observation group and control group of 45 patients with benign ovarian tumor patients in the observation group applications laparoscopic enucleation, the control group received laparotomy, compared two groups of patients in surgery, postoperative changes in each index. Results The patients operative time, blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative ambulation time was( 34. 47 ± 19. 85) min,( 44. 56 ± 20. 13) ml,( 18. 09 ± 10. 11) h,( 7. 43 ± 1. 49) h,were less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Postoperative ovarian function such as estradiol, progesterone, and follicle-stimulating hormone level was no significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgical removal of benign ovarian tumor with less trauma, faster postoperative recovery, shorter hospital stay, etc, and can retain normal ovarian function in patients; but also should pay attention to indications choice and keep ready for open surgery preparation.
