Abstract
This paper believes that the reform of public hospitals in Guangzhou,the main question is:will the government put the proportion has dropped to dilute nonprofit public hospitals;Public hospitals become increasingly profit-oriented policies;Medical security system is not sound,basic medical insurance coverage and lower direct impact on the survival and development of public hospitals. To address the above problem,the following measures:control of large-scale development of the hospital,standardized services,and creating a fine public hospitals;The development of community health services,support for grass-roots hospitals,the formation of two-way referral system;Establish a basic medical insurance system for people to create favorable conditions for deepening the reform of public hospitals.
