Abstract
All sort of measures that new reform policies putting forward make public hospitals face new interest adjustment,which means that public hospitals have to make a corresponding change.Through the analysis of the relationship between government and public hospitals,and new opportunities and challenges of hospital industry,we find that when government increases investment,it still should pay attention to regulating means and extent of public hospital,and when public hospitals improve the medical service,they should prepare for external image promotion and rights protection.
