Discussing on the Coordination of the General Land Use Planning and the Urban General Planning in Law

From the foundation concept of general land use planing and the urban general planning, in this article we has discussed the basic reason which the two plan needed to coordinate, the relationship of the two plan and coordinated legal basis of the two plan, then analyzed the coordinated content of the two plan from the legal article. Based on the reason in law that the two plan do not coordinate, the author proposed two methods to coordinate them by revising the present law and formulating the new law.
