The Coordination of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and the Urban Comprehensive Plan

Firstly,based on the analysis of the relationship of the comprehensive land use plan and the urban comprehensive plan(the two plan for short) in our country currently,this article has pointed out that the two plan is the special plan of the territorial plan absolutely necessarily.The keystone of each plan is different.They are reparative mutually.Secondly,the thesis has analyzed the principal contradictions of the two plan,and pointed out the main reason of the contradictions as follows: the difference on the guiding ideology and the method,the difference on the establishment time of the plan,the difference on basic data.Finally,the paper has discussed the principles,the step and the content of the coordination of the two plan,and put forward that the coordination is focused on the population scale,the use index of land,the city scale,the planned project on the construction,and the delimitation of the basic farmland, etc.
