Abstract

It is very important to evaluate the quality of college teachers fairly and objectivity for formatting a highly quality organization of college teachers.This paper models a system to evaluate the quality of college teachers,based on the mathematic way of analytic hierarchy process,which can quantify the qualitative analysis process,this system can make a comprehensive quality evaluation of college teachers.
