Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention of severe head injury patients with tracheostomy. Methods 150 cases tracheotomy patients with severe head injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 75 cases.Control group underwent conventional neurosurgical treatment and observation group was given care interventions.2 weeks after nursing care, lung infection and GCS scores changes before and after care were observed. Results There were significant differences of lung infection and infection control between the two groups(P0.05).1 week and 2 weeks after nursing care the GCS scores were significantly improved of the two groups, the GCS scores in observation group was higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Reasonable care interventions can be effective in reducing the incidence of pulmonary infection, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
