Abstract

The legal operation department takes a lot of administrative functions of the country as its duty,it is very close to the public interests and the individual's interests.The content,form,procedure of legal operation should abide by the regulations and requirement of law.But for a long time,there have been a lot of problems in legal operations,and some of them are extremely obvious.This paper tries to analyze the major issues and some countermeasures.
