Results A total of 460 blood samples, including 61 copies 230 copies of whole blood, plasma, serum 169. Through the inspection, found to have 37 blood samples of blood sample unqualified, unqualified rate of 8.04%(37/460). Through the analysis and summary of different reasons of unqualified blood samples were produced, will be divided into 5 categories: hemolysis, improper use of anticoagulants, blood coagulation, the specimen were not and other 5 categories, the proportion is respectively 29.73%, 21.62%, 10.81%, 32.43%, 8.11%. Conclusion In clinical blood samples collected in the process, health care workers should strictly abide by the collection standard, guarantee the quality of blood samples, make sure to get the blood test results accurately, improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
