The clinical observation of Naoxintong combined with Xuesaitong,Aspirin treatment of transient ischemic attack

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of the Naoxintong joint Xuesaitong,aspirin treatment of Transient Ischemic Attack(TIA) and conduct follow-up observation.METHODS A randomized control law,136 cases of TIA patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,both groups of conventional Western medicine with aspirin anti-platelet aggregation,Chinese medicine Xuesaitong tablet to Huoxue-Tongmai lipid-lowering therapy,the treatment group add Naoxintong capsules,each four,three times a day,four weeks for treatment.Observation of the two groups before and after treatment and clinical effect of blood lipids,blood viscosity index changes,and 2 years the incidence of stroke statistics.RESULTS The treatment group compared with the control group,clinical efficacy,blood lipid levels,blood viscosity index,there were significant differences(P0.05);two groups could reduce the incidence of stroke.CONCLUSION Naoxintong joint Xuesaitong,aspirin treatment of TIA,Clinical sure that the TIA is safe and effective treatment of drug combinations.
