A Analysis of Applying Naoxintong Capsule to Secondary Prevention of Ischemic Cerebral Stroke

Objective To object therapeutic effect and Security of applying Naoxintong Capsule and aspirin to secondary prevention of ischemic cerebral stroke.Methods 90 patients with ischemic cerebral stroke were randomly divided into the Naoxintong Capsule group(n=45) and the aspirin group(n=45).Patients in Naoxintong Capsule group received Naoxintong Capsule once 2 grain,three times a day.Pationts in aspirin group received aspirin enteric-coated tablets once 75mg,one time a day.Two group patients were followed up one year,and recurrences rate of ischemic cerebral stroke and The adverse drug reaction rates in two group patients were compared.Results Recurrences rate of ischemic cerebral stroke and The adverse drug reaction rates are low in Naoxintong Capsule group than aspirin group.Conclusion Therapeutic effect and Security of Naoxintong Capsule in secondary prevention of ischemic cerebral stroke is better than aspirin,which is worth spreading and applying.
