On Non-public Ownership Economy in China

The internal property of non-public ownership eco no my and external economic relation determine the character of non-public ownersh i p economy.To understand its character correctly,we must distinguish three p airs of concepts: the difference between the aim of socialism and the basic ec onomic system in our socialist initial stage;the difference between socialist economy and socialist market economy;the difference between socialist ownership and the ownership in socialist initial stage.Our suitable attitude to the p resent non- public ownership should be based on clearly understanding the charact er of it.
