Joint Stock System for Laborers-the Basic Form of Socialist Public Ownership Characteristic of China

The theory of socialist public ownership by the founders of Marxism expatiates the essential characteristics of socialist public ownership on one hand and on the other hand puts forward the classical mode of the basic form of socialist public ownership-social ownership;traditional socialist economic theory copied the classical mode of the founders of Marxism and established the basic form of traditional socialist public ownership-state ownership.According to the keystone of Marxism and the objective demands of socialist market economy,the basic form of socialist public ownership characteristic of China should be and can only be joint stock system for laborers,which is characterized by the socialized union of the property rights of individual laborers.Therefore the basic form of socialist public ownership should be innovated in theory and in system on the basis of profound theoretical discussion and practical experience summarization.
