The Twofold Attributes of the Non-public Ownership Economy and its Practical Significances

This article intends to research into the twofold attributes of the non-public ownership economy in the primary stage of socialism. For one thing, the attributes of non-public ownership economy oppose socialist nature and requirement from the production relations’ angle. For another, they meet the socialist nature demands again from the productive forces’ angle. In order to make the non-public ownership economy cultivate socialist factors, we must steadfastly expand public ownership economy, firmly persist in Four Basic Principles, unshakably encourage and guide the development of non-public ownership economy after correctly understanding its two attributes.
