[Objective]Observation Zhisousan combined with western treatment of chronic bronchitis(lung passage of cold type)effect.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,70 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,35 cases of amoxicillin,0.5g / time,3 times / d;ambroxol hydrochloride tablets,60mg / time,3 times / d.Treatment group 35 cases Zhisousan(Jingjie 15g,Jugeng 20g,Baiqian,Chenpi,Baibu each 15g,Ziyuan 20g,Donghua 15g,Xingren,Gancao 10g,Banxia 15g),1 does / d,decoction 150mL,sooner or later take.Western medicine with the control group.14d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure in 5 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 17 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 91.40%.Group 3 were cured,cured,7,effective in 15 cases,10 cases,total effective rate 71.40%.Treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Zhisousan combined with western medicine treatment of chronic bronchitis(lung passage of cold type)effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
