The Analyze of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in Chronic Bronchitis Acute Application Effect

Objective:Analysis of hydrochloric ambroxol hydrochloride used in the treatment of chronic bronchitis acute phase effect.Method:120 cases of chronic bronchitis patients as the research object from August 2011-November 2012,and which were randomly divided into control group and the treatment group,each group was 60 cases,the control group were given routine therapy,the treatment group on the basis of the control group were given hydrochloric acid ambroxol hydrochloride injection intravenous drip.The curative effect of two groups of patients were analyzed.Result:The obvious effect was 26 cases,20 cases effective,14 cases had no effect,the total effective rate was 76.7% in the control group;In the experimental group 38 cases of obvious effect,18 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.3%;there were statistical significance in two groups(P0.05).The breathing time,cough,lung's disappearance time for patients in treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P0.05);there was no clinical adverse reaction occurred in two groups.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,ambroxol hydrochloride injection cable hydrochloride injection applying to the clinical treatment of patients with chronic bronchitis acute phase effect is better,and can make better clinical recovery,and has less adverse reaction,high safety,it should be popularized in clinical application.
