Abstract
Chlorophyll was extracted from the obsolete soybean shells by ultrasonic. The effects of solvent, concentration of ethanol, the ratio of material to solvent(g·mL~(-1)),ultrasonic time and temperature on extraction rate, were investigated by single factor and orthogonal tests, then the demonstration and stability experiments were carried out.The optimal conditions were obtained as follow:absolute ethanol, the ration of material to solvent of 1:20(g·mL~(-1)),ultrasonic temperature of 70℃,and ultrasonic time of 40min.The chlorophyll was unstable in the extraction.
