Abstract
Chlorophyll was extracted from the obsolete tomato leaves by ultrasonic-microwave coordinated method. The influence factors, such as solvent, concentration of ethanol, power of microwave, ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic time, the ratio of material-solvent(g/mL) and microwave time, were discussed based on the single factor and orthogonal tests, then the demonstration test was carried out.The optimal extracting conditions were obtained as follows:ethanol concentration of 90%,microwave power of 500W,ultrasonic temperature of 70℃,ultrasonic time of 40min,the ration of material-solvent of 1∶10(g/mL),and microwave time of 300s.Under the optimal conditions, the yield of chlorophyll was 2.86 times than that of the general methods.
