Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Rhodiola extract injection combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 135 cases of cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into sodium ozagrel group as control and Rhadiola extract injection combined with sodium ozagrel as treatment group.Based on the conventional treatment, control group was treated with sodium ozagrel 80 mg by intravenous infusion 2 times a day for 2 weeks. At the same time the treatment group was treated with Rhadiola extract injection 10 ml by intravenous infusion 1 times a day and sodium ozagrel for 2 weeks. The differences of fatality, hemorheology, neurologic impairment, therapeutic effect and adverse effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results: Rhadiola extract injection combined with sodium ozagrel was superior to pure sodium ozagrel in the therapeutic effect and decreased neurological deficit(P0.05).After treatment, hemorheology were better than those of before treatment in the two groups(P 0.05).However,there were no statistical differences in the fatality in the two groups(P0.05),the adverse reaction was not found in the two groups. Conclusion: Rhadiola extract injection combined with sodium ozagrel could improve the therapeutic effect and decrease the neurological deficit in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
