Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Xintongheji on acute myocardial ischemia in anesthetized dogs.Methods:The dog model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligation of left descending anterior coronary artery and gave the drug through the duodenum. The effects of Xintongheji were observed by epicardial electrogram, myocardial infarction area and myocardial enzymes.Results:Xintongheji significantly abated the damage degree(∑-ST) and ranging (N-ST) of myocardial ischemia, and obviously reduced the myocardial infarction area, decreased the CK and CK-MB content.Conclusion:Xintongheji can evidently improve myocardial ischemia-induced by ligating left descending anterior coronary artery.
