Inhibitory Effect of Tianzhenzi Capsule on Thrombosis and Platelet Aggregation

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of Tianzhenzi Capsule(TZZ) on platelet aggregation and thrombosis and its mechanism.Methods The effect of TZZ on thrombosis was observed in rats with the thrombogenesis model of artery-vein bypass.Platelet aggregation was induced respectively by ADP,and thrombin was determined.Results TZZ could markedly inhibit the rat(in vitro) and rabbit(in vivo)platelet aggregation induced byADP or thrombin.TZZ 0.75 g/kg and 1.5 g/kg significantly inhibited the rat thrombosis of artery-vein bypass.Conclusion TZZ can inhibit the platelet aggregation and thrombosis.
