Promotion of Physical Exercise Intervention Programs on Students' Physical and Mental Quality in Primary and Middle Schools

Abstract

Based on the problems of low exercise intensity,lack of exercise density and unreasonable activity content during the class break in our primary and middle schools,according to the function and role of characteristic school sports activity combination during break,this paper established six sets of exercise intervention program,studies the relationships between each set of intervention program in improving the enthusiasm and efficiency of students' participation.Taking the 1 200 students from the characteristic schools in Jilin province as research subjects,this paper makes 6-week physical exercise intervention programs.Through making different forms of physical exercise intervention on students,the result shows that six sets of exercise intervention programs has positive promotion on students' physical and mental quality.Therefore,only improving the physical exercise intensity and frequency can promote students' mental and physical all-round development.
