Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of MRA in diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods 68 cases of disease(36 of cerebral aneurgsm,20 of vascular malformations,12 of artenal stenotic occlusive diseases)were given MRA and DSA examination. Results MRA gave out the correct diagnosis in 62 patients, combining target MIP MPR and the original image, the sensitivity rate was 91.2 %.The sensitivity rate of aneurgsm、vascular malformations、and arterial stenotic occlusive diseases checked outwas 86.1 %、 85 % and 100 %.3D PC and 3D TOF could show 1-5 steps vascular branches clearly, while 2D TOF and 3D TOF had the advantage of displaying vascular malformations and cerebral aneurgsm respectively. Conclusion MRA is a safe、convenient and reliable measure in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.
