Experience of enforcing the fouress ential elements in nursing quality management

The author reported the enforcement of the four essential elements in nursing quality management,expounding the organization of nursing quality management,the standard of nursing quality management,monitoring and appraisal of nursing quality and the way to utilize the evaluation and results of nursing quality management in a right way.To stabilize hospital operation order,ensure safe nursing and raise nursing quality,it is essential to combine full-process control with key control,combine individual control with organization control and combine inter-department control and intra-department.
