Abstract

This paper analyzed the system of process management and link nursing quality management and considered that process management method is applicable to clinical nursing quality management.The application of process management can nor- malize nursing management,clinical nursing behaviors,nursing service procedure and link nursing quality,consequently ensure the accomplishment of final quality and improve nursing quality comprehensively and stably.
