Abstract
Objective: Establishing nursing integration objective management system to improve nursing quality. Method:Constituting a framework composed of three-class quality control network and check system and integration evlauation system stressing continue quality improving.Results:It enhanced the connotation building of quality management, intensified the consciousness of national take-part-in quality management,and advanced the elevation of holistic level of nurse groups.Conclusion:Nursing integration objective management system was suitable to nursing quality management and it is a whole management system which can improve nrusing management level.
