Abstract

This study has been to establish a method of determination of puerarin in roots of Puerarin lobata superfine powder.SGE protecol C18(5 μ m,4.6 × 250mm) chromatographic column was used,with mixtures of methanol and water as mobile phase(25∶75,v /v),the flow rate was 1.0mL /min,column temperature was 35℃,the wavelength was 250nm,the injection volume was 20 μL.The linear correlation of puerarin is good in range of 47 ~ 470μg /ml,the correlation coefficient r2is 0.9998.The presented method is simple and reliable for determining of roots of Puerarin lobata superfine powder.
