Clinical Observations on Comprehensive Therapy of Chinese Medicine on Acute Mastitis During Puerpurium

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicine in treatment of primery acute mastitis during puerpurium.Methods:60 patients who didn't forme a abscess with cute mastitis during puerpurium that were randomly divided into 2 groups on average including treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated by Ruyong Xiao Decoction,external application and massages partially.The control group was only treated by penicillin or cephalosporins.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%,and was significantly higher than that in control group(83.3%).Conclusion:The comprehensive therapy of combination therapy of Chinese medicine in treatment of acute mastitis during puerpurium has good curative effect,especially for the primary patients.And it has quick effective,less recurrence and good control on the prevention of breast abscess.
