Abstract

Objective To analyze the active compounds of Panax notoginseng and Panax ginseng in Kangerxin capsules. Methods HPLC was used to analyze the contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1, notoginsenoside Rl in Kangerxin capsules. Results The linear ranges of ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rb1, notoginsenoside R1 were0.0396~0.1584μg, 0.04076~0.16304μg and 0.0412~0.1648μg with average recoveries of 100.20% (RSD=0.38%) , 100.13% (RSD=0.39%) and 99.68% (RSD=0.36%) , respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and stable, which could be used for the quality control of Kangerxin capsules.
